Website: https://linktr.ee/YoKulGuy --- I'm a realist, aspiring general system thinker, and software craftsman. Despite specialists giving much contribution and productivity to society, general system thinkers and their general system thinking can help us solve the second-order effect of human creation. As a society, we build civilization; we build skyscrapers, aeroplanes, gadgets, and all the advancements in technology, but we overlooked the second-order effect of our creation. Global warming and gadget addictions are an example to name a few. The more people adopt general system thinking, the more we can achieve a better society and brings our world to the next thousand years. I do research and craft code as my way of expressing my idea and belief. I crafted a scientific computation tool and instrument to help researchers do better research when I was in college. I led a team in a startup called Mekari to empower businesses in Indonesia. I previously worked at Midtrans, enabling software developers to be more productive and better empower commerce through technology. I write production code in Elm, JavaScript, Bash, Ruby, and Java. In 2020 I did functional programming on Elm and built a community around it. Feel free to reach out to me if you are an Elm user!

I’m a software developer and consultant in [Stack Builders](https://stackbuilders.com/). I have been working in the software industry for many years building solutions for the research, financial, gaming, artificial intelligence, and publishing media industries. I had a short career with the start-up world. I was part of teams that won programs like Start-up Chile, Launch:Alaska, and OCEAN (OH, USA). I am a community leader at my current job. In the past years, I've been planning and executing initiatives for events and social media. I speak regularly at universities and meetups about software engineering and best practices to contribute to the software industry in my country. I’m a co-organizer of [Quito Lambda](https://www.meetup.com/Quito-Lambda-Meetup/), a meetup focused on functional programming in Ecuador. I am a passionate Python developer with over 10 years of professional experience. I mainly develop applications in Django, but as I graduated in the field of computer science and neural network, I started to gather experience in that area as well - this includes image processing for object detection, object segmentation and depth map reconstruction. I think the best way how someone can grow his or her skills, is being part of a team. With that said, I love to learn from each other's experience, as well as I, like to share my knowledge to help other's to solve emerging issues or to evolve their skills. Originally, I came from languages like Pascal, PHP, C++ and Java and got hooked to python by the accessibility and the open source community. As being part of this community, I do publish some of my work as open source as well.

“The session with Silvia was incredibly insightful making complex topics such as neural networks, language models, deep learning and the latest machine learning algorithms both approachable and engaging. She provided an excellent balance of theory and hands-on practice, which helped solidify my understanding of how large language models work. We dove into the mechanics behind deep learning models, and the explanations were clear and accessible, making it easy to grasp advanced concept. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to deepen their knowledge in AI, LLMs, and Deep Learning and how to apply the latest techniques to real-world applications.“

“Oluwadara is my favorite tutor. I've used a lot of tutoring services in the past with little to no success. Oluwadara is very knowledgable. She looks at the code and within minutes knows exactly what the issue is. Not only will she walk you through to the solution step by step, she will also teach you what you are doing wrong and why so that you have the tools to become a more successful coder.“

“Scott has both the depth & expertise in C++, Mathematics, Prolog, and other quantitative, technical, domains. More than that though, he imbues a high degree of professionalism, maintains a cordial, friendly demeanor, and has proven he is resilient to the core. He helped mentor me on an extremely complex problem, without context, in a pairing "marathon" session that spanned a few hours. The combination of the aforementioned traits make him a gem, as a mentor, engineer, and eloquent teacher. I would highly recommend him if you'd like to go from zero to hero, learning from someone who knows their stuff, and will go the extra mile for your personal growth, a true partnership to success. Thanks and best, Charles“
