I have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, majored in Computer Sciences. My desire is programming, and that's what I've been doing for the past several years. Got around 10 years of experience working in a professional environment, as well as a few years before that working on some freelance and college projects. I'm great at debugging and have a thorough understanding of everything that I do. Don't like to leave something unraveled, so I always delve deeper until I get to the core of the matter that I'm working on. My passion for programming does not end there; I've tutored high-school students in my country Kotlin and Android, that's why I'd like to continue doing so here. I'm always looking to expand my knowledge, so I'm currently learning Flutter.

Curious, passionate, autonomous. I grew the most professionally at Tactill. As a CTO and lead developer, I was assigned the task to redo the product from scratch. The amount of responsibilities, between the design of the architecture, the development of 12 node.js micro-services, their deployment and maintenance and finally the management of other team members and their tasks taught me how to prioritize tasks, manage pressure and properly design a fully featured architecture. One of my proudest contributions was the project that I was working at [mims.ai](http://mims.ai/). I worked on the multi agent symbolic AI system. Right from the start I could tell that the system was designed around actor oriented programming principles and I suggested that we use an existing actor programming library instead of doing it by hand with golang channels. After a month of work to integrate the library and 2 more months to redesign part of the system our code had shrunk by more than 40%, the design was easily understandable and the speed of the system increased 50x thanks to the use of the lock free queues provided by the library. I also added tools to debug and test the system that helped us to go forward without regression. Additionally, my coworkers would say I'm knowledgeable, that I'm not afraid to get in the dirt or stir it if necessary and that I'm reliable, helping as soon as I can.

How does personalized Struct mentoring differ from traditional classroom learning?

Personalized Struct mentoring through Codementor offers a unique and effective learning approach compared to traditional classroom learning, particularly in these key aspects:

  • Customized content: Personalized mentoring adapts the learning material and pace specifically to your needs and skill level. This means the sessions can focus on areas where you need the most help or interest, unlike classroom settings which follow a fixed curriculum for all students.
  • One-on-one attention: With personalized mentoring, you receive the undivided attention of the tutor. This allows for immediate feedback and detailed explanations, ensuring that no questions are left unanswered, and concepts are fully understood.
  • Flexible scheduling: Personalized mentoring is arranged around your schedule, providing the flexibility to learn at times that are most convenient for you. This is often not possible in traditional classroom settings, which operate on a fixed schedule.
  • Pace of learning: In personalized mentoring, the pace can be adjusted according to how quickly or slowly you grasp new concepts. This custom pacing can significantly enhance the learning experience, as opposed to a classroom environment where the pace is set and may not align with every student’s learning speed.
  • Practical, hands-on learning: Mentors can provide more practical, hands-on learning experiences tailored to real-world applications. This direct application of skills is often more limited in classroom settings due to the general nature of the curriculum and the number of students involved.

Personalized mentoring thus provides a more tailored, flexible, and intensive learning experience, making it ideal for those who seek a focused and practical approach to mastering Struct.
