• Spearheaded the ”1CDN” project, ensuring CDN reliability and performance,
including critical tasks such as region migration and onboarding applications,
resulting in improved efficiency and cost savings.
• Played a key role in the re-architecture of deployment processes for Word’s
client and server code, reducing deployment time from 16 hours to 4 hours.
• Enhanced build processes within Microsoft’s Office Product Group, achieving a
significant improvement in pipeline reliability from 70% to over 95%.

• Worked with engineering reliability and productivity team, achieved cost saving of around 15 million by saving licensing costs for JDK and ubuntu pro by designing and developing RESTful services to implement ephemeral service migrations.
• Improved APIresponse time, CPU utilization and infra costs for a python based REST service by 10 seconds, 80% and 5000 USD per month respectively, by deep diving and analyzing bottlenecks and upgrading the service to python 3 and also the related components.
• Reduced MTTD for services by 70% by designing and developing canary feature through RESTful and GRPC based services.

• Designed and developed RESTful service for standalone insurances like 2w, 4w etc, for both business and customers, engaging 1k+ requests per minute and over 5k+ usertransactions.
• Designed and developed flows forinsurance agent integration into policy flows by integrating multiple RESTful services to generate leads and assign agents. The flow generated over 20k+ insurance leads and handling realtime agent assignment.
• Designed and implemented insurance sale through merchant POS, allowing new insurance sale at time of vehicle purchase through paytm merchants, serving over 300+ DAU and over 1k+ insurance transactions.
