A great, seasoned developer who knows his stuff. I am a developer myself of 30 years+ but I am a business owner so out of the development scene. I needed to get up to speed quickly using WPF and some C# design patters etc. . Tom was great at advising on the detail - but also the big picture/ architecture to see that I am making the right choices. He came prepared and it was a beneficial session - will surely use him again if I get stuck!
