- Leading teams and projects to build end-to-end analyticalsolutions. - Coordinate internal and teams across different departments to ensure delivery in complex matrix organizations. - Requirements gathering, incl. workshops. Product ownership. Be a point of contact for the business for new requirements. - Project and team management (Agile Kanban) in complex matrix organization across client stakeholders, SMEs and data providers((onshore/offshore, internal/external teams). - Stakeholder & relationship management. Reporting and presenting to DE/MD levels. - Backlog and delivery management. - Communicating process improvement and data strategy on top-level. - Managing user acceptance testing in close cooperation with test teams, SMEs and developers. - Technical analysis of existing data solutions, performance tuning, plan how to improve reporting platform long-term. - Data management and integration - data flow and infrastructure set up, standardisation of data delivery requirements. - SQL, Tableau, Qlik Sense, QlikView, Jira.
