● As a part of the Alexa Devices team, led the migration of Alexa Smart Home dashboard from device to cloud ● Collaborated with various stakeholders across the Alexa eco-system to create a design that could work for all and be implemented in a phased manner ● Demonstrated the design and migration feasibility by creating a prototype which was well received by all and signed off for implementation

● ACCURATE, a pricing system for shipping services had become almost unresponsive due to increasing data size and its monolithic design. I led the migration of this monolithic web application to a distributed microservice architecture alongside migration and sharding of DB to make the application responsive again. Post the migration, the responsiveness increased by over 75% and maintenance/change cost came down by 80% ● Helped the External Integration team set up new development processes and practices to improve productivity and create a consistent output in each sprint. The processes and practices brought about a 40% output increase within the first three months itself
