- Worked on a project which involves designing and implementing a SASS based application on blockchain in microservices architecture. Playing a pivotal role in deciding the HLD and LLD of the system and interactions with the blockchain. - Designed a HA/DR deployment architecture to automate the setup and deployment of the project. Implemented the architecture and took it to production within 2 weeks. - Wrote a library that could parse a pdf into sections based on annotations and convert it into html. - Responsible for Devops and production deployment. Took care of scaling and infrastructure related tasks for various systems in AWS cloud using Chef. Have extensive experience with AWS services like RDS, S3, Route53, Elasticache. - As an individual contributor built several features like multiple portals, Surveymonkey, Referrals, Email tickets, Email Configs, Push Notification of apps. - Built Bomgar Integration of Freshservice which allows users to support the machines remotely. This feature is used heavily even by the internal teams to fix issues with machines inside the company. - Built chat feature in Freshservice which allows customers to chat with agents which was the most asked feature at the time. - Responsible for performance optimization in the web app by using various monitoring tools and thorough benchmarking. Brought down query time of a heavily used module by 70%, resulting in tremendous performance improvement in the app. Tools : Newrelic, Rubyprof. - Responsible for developing and launching Freshservice android app. This is used by all the users of Freshervice and has 4 star rating in the app store.
