Oversee all software development and architecture of the company Warehouse Management System (WMS) built on AngularJS with a .NET RESTful API in the Windows Azure Cloud. Currently working on implementing a standard architecture and design while constantly evolving the functionality to meet our warehouse and customer needs.

 Architected and developed a dynamic BPM platform to build enterprise solutions  Consulted on the business side in developing business and market strategies with partners  Performed bookkeeping in QuickBooks/Wave and managed all banking, tax, and payroll services  Performed all human resources tasks involving hiring and benefits  Served as project manager for various large projects, coordinating efforts between client resources and managing schedules and delivery of scope and functionality requirements  Proposed Agile methodology to clients, broke down requirements, managed product backlog, worked with project managers and business analysts, created sprint backlogs, communicated timeline to client, and used a DevOps approach that included users and business stakeholders to ensure functionality was useful for each organization  Ensured iterations were lined up with business requirements  Worked with other developers to adopt an Agile approach, including daily Scrum meetings to address roadblocks and business decisions that impacted productivity  Implemented Agile approach without disrupting existing project management methodologies  Used sprints to produce a demonstrable functionality to establish progress for the stakeholders, managing expectations and communicating status updates effectively

 Managed the design, development, and innovation of an enterprise document workflow management and content repository system (XTCM)  Managed the product life cycle and created an effective release/service pack/hotfix methodology  Worked continually with account executives, production control, Scrum managers, business executives, and customers to identify needs, capabilities, risks, and compliance requirements (this system replaced four major ACS and Xerox technology offerings)  Communicated with product promoters to ensure they had the necessary information to build awareness and interest within Xerox for XTCM  Participated in hands-on development with software engineers to provide vision and guidance of design principles  Gathered offshore and onshore resources to adopt a Scrum approach that worked for the organization, maturing the Scrum methodology where the delivery of functionality resulted in successful sprints and efficient timelines for projects
