I am the Tech Lead / Scrum master of a geographically distributed agile team working on a state of the art Customer Identity & Access Management solution for customers of Worldline Products. I spearheaded the team to deliver the initial solution to production in 6 months onboarding 40 european banks. We are continously delivering new features to Production while onboarding more customers by implementing the product as a white labeled multi-tenant system, with policy driven security architecture.

My key responsibilities are, but not limited to;

• Design and drive the technical aspects of the product including architecture, evaluating the technology stack, technical vision for the product.
• Support in making product decisions based on the technical landscape and providing technical dircection to make the product success.
• Technical solution implementation, testing, monitoring and improvement.
• Reduced the lead time of feature delivery by reducing the build, test and deployment time by 30%
• Mentoring and improving the skillset of the team by facilitating the necessary workshops, requirement refinement sessions, knowledge transfers and pair programming sessions.

Worked in the capacity of Solutions Architect to Mentimeter product to device the short term and long term technical solution of the product as a whole.

• Refactored legacy code, improving maintainability and align with modern programming techniques and added unit and integration tests to improve code quality of platform that handles 100k+ events per day.
• Took own initiatives and led strategy and work within area of expertise, including implementation and leading others' work in the same area.
• Identified, suggested and prioritized initiatives within area of expertise, including identifying when recruitment and external help is required.
• Collected requirements from senior managers and suggested and implemented initiatives that fulfills these requirements.

Acted in the capacity of a senior engineer in the platform team of a payment platform handling millions of transactions per month. I was responsible for but not limited to;

• Designed, developed, tested, and maintained micro-services based payment platform, with 100+ micro-services processing 100k+ transactions per day.
• Ensured quality, security and functionality throughout the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC), contributing to a test suite with 4000+ unit, 500+ integration and 200+ regression tests.
• Documented software systems using clear practices, ensuring knowledge transfer and future reference (templates, comments, diagrams, ongoing updates).
• Collaborated effectively with stakeholders (development, product management) to analyze requirements, create road maps, plan milestones and deliver high-quality solutions on schedule.
• Designed and implemented low latency rate limiter for micro-services API Gateway, handling calculations within 10 milliseconds, to implement more security, reliability and fair usage for APIs.
• Refactored the design and the implementation of in-house Gradle plugin suite, reducing the build time from 6+ minutes to 3 minutes, providing a more testable and maintainable plugin suite.
