I started learning javascript when I was 11 years old. Back then, JQuery didn't exist, Node.js hadn't even been imagined yet, the browser wars were in full effect, there were no smart phones, and flash websites were still a big thing!
Well, I never stopped learning. Javascript kept re-inventing itself and I kept reading up on the latest innovations, not only in the language itself, but in its uses, best practices, popular libraries, and "alternatives" (CoffeeScript, TypeScript).
Now I consider myself quite the expert and I would love to share my knowledge and love for this ever-evolving language.
