I learned c++ as my first programming languages during my college days. Since then it has been my favorite languages. Even today in competitions I prefer to use c++ as my primary language. I have worked on my basics and learned the building blocks of programming in c++.

I taught myself python when I realized that it's importance. It helps to focus on the algorithm and problem-solving part rather than worrying about the data size constraints. The basics and syntax of this language are so easy and sometimes a 10 line c++ program could be easily written in 1 single line of python. A powerful tool for the new generation programmers.
