●Suggested and Implemented an Agile development model after analyzing through PDCA model, that conventional waterfall model was not giving the required results for a project. Performed as a Scrum Master to steer the project. ●To ensure the quality of the product in the teams where there was no dedicated tester involved, I conducted presentation sessions for the developers on how to improve quality of their product release. Provided them with checklists to test before pushing the code to the production environment. A follow up audit activity after few months was conducted to analyze the extent of the improvement to the quality of products and how to further improve it. ●I identified the critical areas of a complex application for a client who was on budget to afford a full time tester. Automated these test-cases using Page Object Model and configured these test-cases to Jenkins to ensure that my client get the report everyday and be informed if something from the critical part of the application is broken. ●In a process to find out effective Web/App server configurations for best performance levels . I analyzed the performance of the website by generating 1000 concurrent users and provide them with my results by checking CPU consumption and memory consumption using performance testing tools. We were able to make an informed decision about the current capacity and what to upgrade keeping in view current users and future users growth.

●Defined, analyzed and refined the Standard Operating Procedures to ensure quality software development as the only quality professional for a newly born IT department. ●In order to effectively deploy and implement Management Information software, I Worked with client to define and improve their Business Process.We worked to manage distributor accounts for Empty bottles, Discounts, Sales target and point of sale. ●Tested the same software as a tester and product owner at live site in order to see issues in real work environment. ●Successfully implemented the project working as a project and implementation coordinator by producing manuals and conducting training to end user. ●Analyzed the frequency of changes requested by the client I defined a change management process to ensure all changes in the software remain traceable. ●Analyzed and designed an attendance solution for the organization of more than 1000 employees working with HR department
