BigStep is a remote IT consulting and services company based out of India. Their clients include global giants like VTS.

• Working with the VTS Visitor Management team spread across 5 time zones.
• Developing multiple VM integrations using third-party providers including Kastle, BraXos, and Genetec with React, Golang and Kafka.
• Contributing to direct revenue of VTS from VM Integration deployments on client locations like CBRE and Paramount.

Suitable AI is a B2B recruitment marketplace operating in the APAC region. This role was split 40:60 between product and tech respectively.

• Led the platform scale-up using React, Nest, MongoDB, Redis and Amazon Web Services to handle peak concurrency of 1000 users per tenant (older platform supported multitenancy).
• Established strategic partnerships with Microsoft Azure to enable AI-aided recruitment across the ecosystem. Launched Beta in Late 2023.
• Designed and executed a supplier GTM strategy by launching WhatsApp and Slack partner vendor communities which continue to grow 20% MoM just from word-of-mouth.

Xencov was an IT consulting and services company based out of Delhi, India.

• Led a 2 engineers team to architect Welexo, an EXIM data repository, Xencov’s first large-scale client project. Delivered in 45 days, it analyzes 100M trade records per month per user.
• Led hiring for Welexo project engineers and recruited within 2 weeks after budget approvals.
