Wallplay is an NYC-based company that fills once-empty commercial spaces with art, on a rotating basis. The idea is to give artists a place to express themselves, make dormant spaces fun, interesting, and attractive.
I was the Front-End developer for this project. I co-designed the platform along with the Creative Director, my focus was on the UX. My main role was to take the design from Photoshop, and create a live front-end site, complete with data.
This was accomplished using React and Firebase. Along with what you see on the website itself, there is a CMS I built for administrators and users, which populates the site.
