I am a Senior System Development Specialist at the Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies (MCIT), where I design, develop, and maintain our mobile device registration and regulation system. This system enables us to monitor and control the import, export, and use of mobile devices in Afghanistan, enhancing security and revenue collection. I spearhead the design and development efforts for key features and functionalities, using react, TypeScript ASP.NET Core, SQL Server, and Azure. I also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration with existing systems, and to gather and translate stakeholder requirements into technical specifications.
I have a Master of Science degree in Information System from Kabul University, and 7 years of experience in software engineering across various domains and technologies. I am passionate about tackling new problems and learning new skills, and I have contributed to the execution of the full software development life cycle for multiple projects, such as a mobile application for taxpayers using Xamarin and .Net Core Web API, and a revenue management information system for the Ministry of Finance. I have also written documentation, user manuals, queries, and stored procedures, and solved problems of existing projects. In addition, I was a faculty lecturer at Jahan University, where I taught data structure, algorithms, and web development, and collaborate with other academics and lecturers to improve teaching methods and expand my knowledge base. I value generating and building relationships, having strong communication skills, taking responsibility with conscience, being a flexible and motivated team member, and reading about leadership and startup.
