► Initially recruited by this innovative start-up tech company to deploy systems unrelated to their core technology before transitioning into a project focused exclusively on development and testing activities for their flagship web portal product. ► Directly involved in a variety of activities, to include: code review, testing, deployment, and analysis to assist in developing a new version of the portal with new requirements and workflow to improve end-user experience. ► Gathered and defined new system requirements for Trioova’s Web portal version 2.0, simplifying the current workflow from 8 modules to 3 modules. Liaised extensively with CEO, CTO, and teams to document, develop, and secure approval for new and improved workflow. ► Instrumental in supporting the reduction of bugs reported weekly by 80% through testing and reviewing current Web portal and iOS application to identify and resolve issues, and ultimately stabilize the system. ► Facilitated the transition of the system developed by a third-party company by collaborating with them to deliver bug fixes, plan strategies for deployment, and test new releases on each sprint. Ensured third-party company adhered to quality standards and pre-set timelines.

► Hired to define the software system architecture (back-end and front-end) for the UofA ‘Blood Pressure Telemonitoring’ project providing the necessary infrastructure for the blood pressure measurement device; database model, API’s, mobile application and web portal. ► Developed the components defined in the architecture, tested the modules, and deployed in the AWS. Directly involved in all aspects of analysis, design, coding, and testing. Collaborated with other team members by providing technical knowledge and coaching entry-level engineers.

► Demonstrated an ability to excel in positions of progressive responsibility within Everis, culminating in promotion to the role of Tech Lead with responsibility for managing software development projects, planning milestones, supporting team members, and coaching for entry-level engineers.
