I understand RDBMS like Dumbledore understands magic. I can tune most SQL to make it faster. I understand joins, table scans, TNF, page tables, indexes, constraints, triggers, transactions, stored procs, views, functions, replication, failovers, clustering, mirroring, reporting, BI/analytics, data warehousing/olap.
I've used a number of SQL databases and some NoSQL (like MongoDB and Redis) so my DB tech knowledge is quite broad in terms of which databases I've used. My strongest areas are SQL-Server, Postgres and designing databases, but also writing raw SQL.
