Let's face it: Creativity and bold proactiveness are difficult to find, especially in the technology world. There are so many fascinating things to create but most never get beyond the idea stage. I don't like that, and you probably don't either.
That's why I've spent my entire professional life being bold. I'm Pedro Esperança, Code Enthusiast and Serial Entrepreneur. I've created multiple projects with one goal in mind: To make the world a better place. When there's problems making you lose sleep, or when you've got a need you can't satisfy, it bothers me. It bothers everyone.
So when I find such problems, I solve them. That's why I've created projects like A Tua Mae, Wavecat, and Merkatsu. Each one of them exists to solve a problem. And each one required an entirely new skillset, which I embraced.
What's the end result of all my efforts? I've made incredible things. Sometimes I succeeded with a strong monetary exit, some continue their trudge forward. But no matter what the situation, I learned. Those experiences gave me a unique skillset, including a command of languages, both technical and and cultural.
I've also developed familiarity with e-commerce payment solutions like Stripe and Mangopay, analytics creation and operation, data modeling, UI/UX design, algorithm creation and analysis, debugging technology, and social network integrations of all kinds. Combined with my entrepreneurial background and my proficiency in English, Portuguese, Spanish, and French and you have a developer who’s proven time and time again.
