Managed the relationship with some technical consultants and external companies contributing to the development of the product Organize and coordinate engineering team’s weekly show-n-tell presentation where all the company was invited and we can share our progress Developed and run team changes to obtain clear goals from the product team and give them visibility of our current backlog Helped to maintain the engineering team roadmaps Worked side by side with the CTO on special projects successfully releasing pressure in some areas where it was urgent to take action Developed tools that directly reduced our AWS cost in more ~$150.000 per year, I was also in charge of managing budget under control in other tools too Involved in interviewing and hiring new team members Implemented the Continuous integration and continuous delivery for many services migrating from a manual deployment process to an automated one that took minutes or even seconds in some cases vs hours in the past Migrated our infrastructure to Docker/Kubernetes reducing operational costs and downtimes while improving performance In my first two months of working, I've produced a new tool that helped users to monitor their sites on real-time that had a great impact on how end-users use the system (its been running smoothly and without problems since then) Built a tool to improve AI results in real-time processing millions of events per day Improved the ETL process that puts information in the datawhareouse which is under the transition to became real-time using Apache Kafka Some tools I've used: Ruby, Kafka, Kubernetes, AWS, Serverless, Javascript

I led a group of 15 engineers and designers to rebuild from scratch a social network to allow brides find inspiration for their weddings. I was in charge of the architecture, managing the scrum for the entire group and driving the team to build a high-quality new version built from a high traffic website.
