Compiled is entirely self-developed from concept, software development (Laravel/ReactJS), and marketing, to customer success.

At The Verve Group, an innovative financial services company, I led a multi-disciplinary team of 6 in the build and successful release of greenfield B2B fintech platform Dextera. This involved the migration of over 200 clients onto the system and the decommissioning of two legacy platforms. I introduced Agile processes, worked closely with the SLT, and took ownership of the wider IT strategy and compliance. This included overseeing thorough due diligence for a FTSE100 company, culminating in a third-party penetration test which confirmed the system’s robustness.
Winner of the company’s annual Verve award.
