Amsterdam Area, Netherlands The project I work for is called DIMS (Drug Information and Monitoring System), led by the Trimbos Institute. The goal of this project is two-fold: we monitor which drugs are available in the Netherlands and their quality, secondly we inform our visitors of that quality and give them harm reduction information. About half of the drugs submitted is forwarded to the laboratory for further testing. This work has two interesting sides. We perform accurate measurements of the drugs our visitors anonymously submit for testing. We also talk to our visitors to see if we can help them by either giving them harm reduction information or by pointing them to other health related services, if need be. Minddistrict
