Built and maintained front-end (jQuery, later React SSR) of e-commerce sites and several node.js services (middleware/"backend for the frontend" service, elasticsearch syncer, stock keeping service) - Ounass.ae (part of founding team), gap.ae and mamasandpapas.ae. Improved performance, lighthouse scores and SEO of the website.

For a brief period I managed the Ounass development team including front-end, backend (node magento) teams (it was small back then - 5 devs). Went back to senior / individual contributor role later as we hired project managers.

Took part in hiring of developers. Set the release management process for the company. My most memorable achievement here was coming up with the caching solution for the website with Cloudflare CDN and workers, which allowed us to scale to peak traffics of Black Friday Sales.
