As a member of the Point of Sale (POS) team, I design and implement new software features to enhance system functionality. In addition to feature development, I am actively involved in debugging and troubleshooting critical production issues, performing in-depth root cause analysis to ensure long-term solutions. One of my key achievements has been optimizing the operational workflow of the purchase order module, resolving several legacy issues that had been hindering performance. In terms of technical expertise, I work with a variety of frameworks and tools such as Tomcat 7, Tomcat 9, AngularJS for front-end development, DevExpress for UI components, and Swagger for API documentation and development.
