I have now spent several years in the industry and would like to now share that knowledge and experience with others. My professional experience is with C#, .Net framework, and SQL working for the nation's largest producer of public sector software. I have personal experience with other tech as well.

My goal is to provide feedback that empowers others to apply that information and technique(s) to new problems in the future.

I have a relaxed demeanor and prefer to work within the flow of the mentee's needs, but a more rigid/structured plan can be created if more structure is needed.
