As the founder, I led some teams of software engineers and QA specialists responsible for the development of the systems of the company from the idea concept to obtain the first MVP through the road to get the final design, always involved in the build and deployment process too. I've provided thought leadership in technology direction, technical services, vendor partnership, and industry standards adoption. I drove improvements to software engineering practices in multiple projects through to delivery removing obstacles as needed to ensure success. I was responsible for the evolution of application architecture, delivery, and infrastructure of Fusa Teacher Tool, Dux System, SimpleCRM, SimpleCMS and other tools. Here I used Php, Yii and Laravel framework, Mysql, Postgresql, and dedicated Linux servers and VPS on Digital Ocean Cloud and Heroku. Also, I design and build websites and web apps for many customers with other technologies as WordPress, Prestashop, Opencart, and others.

I was in charge of implementing the new micro-services architecture to get large-scale distributed software. I commanded the development of three apps: Assistances Services, Services Payment, and Credit Card System. I implemented Scrum as the agile methodology to work quickly with the team. To deploy the software in testing environments and production environments I used Heroku for the backend Ruby on Rails app and Netlify for the Vue.js front-end. The database engine used was Postgresql. Also, one of my biggest contributions was to design the development process to use later as a guide for the onboarding process for the employees.
