Core member of the SproutCore project. Have built a number of SproutCore applications for both in-house use, as well as for European projects. Also the author of a few SproutCore frameworks as well as other supporting software.

As SproutCore is a web framework written in JavaScript, I have quite a bit experience in writing "plain" JavaScript as well in both the web as well as NodeJS. I have written a canvas-based music notation system called Presto (http://mauritslamers.github.io/presto). I have also written a new set of build tools for SproutCore in NodeJS

I have experience installing and maintaining Moodle in the education I work in (around 250 students), both as a user and as an admin, as well as supporting colleagues using it. I am also working as a consultant for organizations who want to start using Moodle.

Long time user of Lilypond, mainly for choral scores. Teaching Lilypond to Music and Technology students, and have written an online tutorial.

10 years of running my own servers, as well as running virtual machines at my job.

I have built a few CouchApps using SproutCore.
