How I learned Salesforce

About me

I post graduated in Master of Computer Application on 2015. I started working on both Java and Salesforce technology since 2015. I've worked on Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, SOAP and REST integration part. I've created an On Demand Report App also, which will trigger email with report as an attachment when an user send a mail to salesforce.

Why I wanted to learn Salesforce

We're advancing in our day to day business line, along with that we need a platform to quickly develop the application with minimal time, and Salesforce provide Force.com platform which will help to develop ,deploy and maintain easily on the cloud.

How I approached learning Salesforce

I was trained in Java, but in my project I had to work on both Java and Salesforce. Having Advanced Java knowledge helped to easily adapt the development on Salesforce Force.com platform.

Challenges I faced

The challenge in Salesforce, implement application with Limit consideration.

Key takeaways

I enjoyed most in Salesforce is coding in Apex, where you can access newly available APIs to fulfill the client requirements.

Tips and advice

Learning Salesforce is very vast, it is like an Ocean, learn each day a new thing in Salesforce.
