Following the individual contributor career path, I work on the Ads Monetization squad and I maintain and design the ScaleMonk Ads dashboard. I interact and coordinate efforts between Core API’s, SDK, Data, and Waterfall Optimization teams. Highlights: - Designed and lead the refactor of the entire user segmentation strategy, across 5 teams. Manas is a small non-traditional company partnered with an NGO: InSTEDD. We are specialized in building integrated solutions for health, humanitarian and educational purposes that target users in Africa, Southeast Asia, and Latin America. It’s also a consulting firm that has in-house products. We always work using agile methodologies. I lead a group of 5 people, who work on a variety of different products. Depending on the project, we work as a 5 people team working together or up to 3 separate projects that need to sync with each other. Highlights: Designed and led the development of the DXAPI (http://dxapi.org) standard and reference implementation (https://github.com/instedd/cdx) for the notifiable diseases (https://github.com/instedd/notifiable-diseases) reporting ecosystem funded by FiND (https://www.finddx.org/). Tested in Vietnam, Perú, and India. Installed and conducted a pilot in Hospital Nacional Cayetano Heredia in Peru. Worked with a distributed team in Argentina, Ireland, and the United Kingdom. Developed the Surveda (https://github.com/instedd/surveda) survey platform, installed and working in more than 6 countries including Ecuador, India, Sri Lanka, Malawi, Morocco, Philippines, and Zambia. Developed the AIDA (https://github.com/instedd/aida) chatbot with its configuration UI (https://github.com/instedd/aida-ui) and natural language integration. Participated in the development of Cepheid RemoteXpert reporting software. Designed Verboice (https://github.com/instedd/verboice) flow compilation and runtime. Worked in several internal projects using Crystal Programming Language (https://crystal-lang.org/) and contributed to the compiler implementation.
