I started my career with .NET and SQL Server and I dedicated my entire professional life to improve my skill on those technologies and other Microsoft tech as well. I always worked in full-stack projects with small and big teams.

During the last 5 years I also started my career as Agile Coach implementing the methodology that fits better on each team (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Scrumban).

My main objective is to continue with the management of projects and technology work teams, preferably Microsoft and oriented to eCommerce. Help the company implementing different work pattern according the project and the people involved. Carry out the implementation and monitoring of projects, always emphasizing the ROI and the welfare of the human group involved. I am passionate about agile methodologies and I look forward they will be part of the daily work of each person
