Marcos Almeida
Experience in assembling engineering, architecture, IT and cloud operations teams, acting as Head of Architecture and Cloud, with emphasis on helping to implement an organizational strategy for the companies I have worked with, with a focus on cost optimization (FinOps), improvement in product development, business process curation and leadtime improvements. My career started in 1998, and since 2004 I have been working mainly for web applications. And during my journey I specialized in Enterprise Architecture, accumulating knowledge in the areas of software engineering (MSc. In Software Eng. from the University of Liverpool 2018), infrastructure (various courses on cloud and datacenters), and business processes (BIZBOK ®).
