eCommerce: I recently finished a 6-month long project for a French digital agency, developing a eBay-like platform for French auction houses. It features real-time bidding, automatic bidding (like eBay), handling of payments, shipping through 3rd party API, and a live video streaming feed to see the auctioneer in real-time. I've developed 95% of the front-end / back-end / devOps, especially the most critical parts like the database and the bidding web-services, and we left the admin dashboard to a more junior developer (project live in 1 month).
