I've been working on technically complex projects for some sixteen years, and explaining them to others for about as long. Whether that's an exposition of a high-school level math problem or educating a startup CEO on technology topics as they relate to their business, I both enjoy and am effective doing it.

My core expertise is in Machine Learning, from basic research, some of it published and patented, to direct applications.

Some tools and concepts I have experience using: Python, C++, PyData ecosystem (numpy, scipy, pandas, numba, etc.), pytorch, optimization (for ML and other problems, such as scheduling), SQL databases, Arrow, Parquet.
