I have spend last 10 years working in software production and delivery. I prepared, decomposed and managed transformational development projects spanning several teams. My core business experience revolves around Identity and Access Management area. I have developed, tested and maintained high performance and high availability systems. I love learning new complex systems and figuring out how to best evolve them to include new functionalities. Doing so I focus on details while I keep big picture on the back of my mind. I enjoy complex problems solving and finding the right approach to the solution.
While I really enjoy coding over the years I have also learned that in most software development adventures code is not necessarily the hardest problem to crack. To be successful you need to drill down into "Why do you need this?" and "What problem are you really trying to solve?" The way my mind works makes sure I always drill into those questions first and that usually provides important insight into how to best architecture and code the solution.
