Built an integration with different platforms such as Freshdesk for customer feedback/request management, Codat, etc. Worked on integrating the app with Workato to get tool usage data and Nanonets for documents processing. These integrations helped to improve the onboarding experience of users and reduced the timeframe for getting tools and invoice data by over 70%.
Integrated the app with Auth0 for authentication and authorization, and created auth0 workflows. Built User roles and permissions management feature, which is used by over 5000 users of the system. Worked on splitting the app into microservices using mono-repo architecture.
