I've used Python standalone and with different frameworks professionally and continue to do so. It's my primary language and I've used it to develop financial software and financial applications, dashboards, websites, games, APIs and various tools and programs such as loggers, database management tools, file watchers, installation scripts and deployment scripts. I also teach Python to beginners focusing on the standard libraries. That usually entails developing content, demonstrations and documentation.

Linux (especially Ubuntu) is my primary operating system, I've been using Linux since I learned to code and I love it. I'm inimately experienced with this OS and it's extremely prevelant in the development world.

I currently am usually running lead on projects where I am responsible for teams and deployment.

My background is financial technology. I've use django to build secure applications which handle extremely sensitive user and financial data. I've specialized in building APIs. This requires building modules which integrate with external applications. For example, I've designed and built integrations for Salesforce and Box. This requires modeling data, application architecture, and API development.

A web development framework I've used to build countless APIs and services for clients. It's also my framework of choice for teaching others how to build full stack web applications.

I have experience building SPA, scripts, games and other web applications. I've built full stack Node.js apps which handle everything from mapping to authentication to authorization (permissions modules). I've also dabbled in real time applications with tools like Socket.io. I've primarily used my Javascript skills to teach children to build games with it, both text based using vanilla Node and Express, as well as with frameworks like Phaser and Quintus.
