To me, being a mentor means sharing the joy of coding. There is a special satisfaction that comes from writing clear and concise code that accomplishes your goal, working with fascinating technologies, and iteratively building elegant solutions. To be able to share this satisfaction is be incredibly meaningful to me.
Beyond writing code, the ability to solve problems and design system architectures for maintainability and scalability has proven valuable to me outside of the tech field.
