Built the Q App, a production RAG and agentic intelligence platform for CEO Robert F. Smith, enabling natural language analysis across Vista's $100B+ assets under management portfolio. Designed and deployed the full stack using Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, FastAPI, Next.js, LangChain, LangSmith, and AKS. Implemented retrieval-augmented generation pipelines for querying complex financial and operational data across portfolio companies. Delivered end-to-end from architecture through production deployment, serving as the primary engineer on the platform.

Architected AII Shepherd, a unified agentic AI platform built on LangGraph and LangSmith that enabled scalable AI assistant deployment across McGraw Hill's educational product suite. Designed MCP server integration patterns to connect AI workflows with existing internal systems (CAT, CGS, COINS), eliminating redundant custom workflow logic across applications. Built multi-cloud production AI infrastructure spanning AWS (Bedrock, SageMaker) and Azure (OpenAI, AI Search), integrated with FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Redis, and LangSmith for full observability. Contributed to CAT (Content Analysis Tool), an AI-driven system for analyzing and enhancing educational content at scale. Built Scout, a service registry and discovery layer for coordinating multiple AI agent instances. Implemented FERPA-compliant data handling across all AI systems processing student information.
