Managed, mentored and led a team of software developers responsible for the ETL framework and other data related features with skill levels ranging from co-op and off-shore to staff. Updated the documents and process for performance evaluations and promotions of software developers across the organization. Reworked the software planning process used across the organization by implementing Directly Responsible Individuals and coordinating with the product, design and architecture departments to create a playbook and set of documents and rituals. Created an on-call role for the team to enable handling urgent defects, escalated support issues and security investigations while minimizing disruptions to the team and its mandate.

Worked with and led small teams during a period of rapid scale-up growth and reorganization on projects ranging from design updates, A/B testing of in-app upselling, trade subscriptions, to the MVP for private investments.

Hired a team of software engineers to estimate client projects, collaborate with the design, marketing and strategy teams and deliver applications and APIs on schedule and within budget. Built processes from scratch for scoping technology work, system design, project management, CI/CD and delivery.
