I started my career in 2007 as a consultant working in document capture.

Over the years I elevated from VBA to C#, from web forms to React, from Vault to Git, from datacenters to Azure.

I enjoy working in software because it is such a dynamic field with new problems to solve and new tools to add to my utility belt each week.

Working as a solutions architect I don't get to code as much and spend days diagraming systems interactions, defining seams and responsibilities, and communicating.
