I'm a Laravel developer and PHP developer of 8 years, and I pride myself on being able to (with your help) identity the core parts of a new website developments that are of most importance to your business goals.

Identifying and coding these as the first part of the development process means we can get a MVP working as quickly as possible, without getting bogged down in the weeds of features that are not critical to the success of your business.

For example, if you need an Event Ticket purchasing system, it makes sense to code first the ability to view and purchase events as the first priority and not worry about not 100% essential features such as a newsletter which could be handled in simple way to start with.

Once the most MVP feature set is identified I tend to get to work coding these in a test driven way, these tests then allow us later to rapidly add features and improve on the original MVP.
