I always focus on product / service first and treat the technology as a tool to achieve set goals. As JavaScript is the only supported language on the browser / Frontend side I use it a lot recently also a bit on the Backend side. Used vanilla JavaScript, a lot of jQuery, bit of TypeScript. Regarding Single Page Applications worked in projects using Angular 1.* and 2.* versions. Experimented a bit with React and Vue.

Though have experience both in Backend and Frontend, user interfaces and good UX is something that I care a lot of. Keep a lot of attention to properly organize the files, have consistent naming and formatting. It helps keeping projects in a healthy state and make new people join in easier. Try to keep up with "bleeding edge" features of HTML / CSS. Though, do not use them all right away on production if the project need to support browsers, that are year or two years old.

I organized work in 3 people project where all of us worked remotely. Instead of micromanaging my fellow workers I tended to make sure they can focus on work where I take care most of "paper work" and other not cool stuff. Due to nature of projects we worked in methodology similar to Kanban. In past I set up and helped managing a 5 people Scrum based team. Heavily interested in productivity improvement and sane work process from many years with many books and hundreds articles read. Have a book about that topic in progress.
