Situation: Flower, an energy startup, faced inefficiencies in deploying software to edge devices, causing delays, higher costs, and potential downtime.

Task: I was tasked with creating a scalable CI/CD pipeline, optimizing deployments, and ensuring software security.

Action: Automated CI/CD with GitHub Actions and implemented AWS Greengrass and IoT Core for secure edge device management. Developed Python scripts for automation and collaborated with cross-functional teams. Mentored junior team members to boost team capabilities.

Result: Reduced deployment times, improved team efficiency, and accelerated feature delivery.

Situation: Scania needed a scalable, reliable cloud solution for delivering connected map services.

Task: Design a scalable cloud infrastructure, automate resource provisioning, and support backend services development.

Action: Built a serverless architecture using AWS (Kinesis, Lambda, Step Functions, DynamoDB). Automated CI/CD with GitLab and set up monitoring with Grafana. Developed serverless solutions for service activation and collaborated with the team to provide guidance and mentorship.

Result: Improved scalability, reliability, and time-to-market, increased team productivity, and enhanced customer experience with seamless map services delivery.
