Python is my go-to language for solving problems, and I've been using it for a while now. While by trade, my primary focus is building robust and scalable Web applications using Django, I'm quite familiar with the whole Python ecosystem and popular libraries/frameworks. And when I'm free, I love playing around with the Python internals.

I've developed several robust and scalable webapps using Django over the years, mostly REST APIs using the DRF (Django REST Framework) with Vue.JS being the frontend. I'm familiar with writing both unit and integration tests, and the CI/CD pipeline. I also can handle all the web server (Nginx) and WSGI (uWSGI, Gunicorn) related stuffs. In essence, i know how to write, deploy, maintain Django apps.

I have a deep fascination towards GNU/Linux systems and all the inner-workings. I've managed many GNU/Linux systems professionally over the years and also have a good understanding of all the *nix tools/utilities. I have experience in deploying web apps using Docker. I understand the "Docker way" of containerization and can design the architecture for scalable web apps for Docker deployment. I've also used Podman on a few of my newer projects, and familiar with its inner-workings as well.

Git is my favorite version control tool, and I understand how Git actually works under the hood. I use it regularly on all of my projects, and for collaborative environments. I can also implement or follow any typical Git workflow.

I've designed database systems for various projects and written SQL queries for solving complex problems on different database engines. I'm also familiar with ORM and extensively used Sqlalchemy and Django ORM in Python.

I've used Flask extensively for microservices and smaller monoliths with SQLAlchemy being the ORM.
