I've been working with software since 2010 when I started to develop my first web systems in .NET.
Since then I never stop, I always keep studying, learning and mentoring others so they won't make the mistakes I've made.

In Millennium I am part of a strategic area of company, responsible for making sure our traders receive their Bonus based on their PnL. Due to the complexity of the agreements between Millennium and the trade teams, I play a very important role by involving myself in all stages of the software lifecycle, from requirements to delivery to production and monitoring new changes.

After a few months working in TAMI I had a creative idea on how to increase our data quality and cover-age and presented a POC to our CEO. On this POC, I clearly demonstrated how I would address the data collection and processing challenges and she was so excited with it that she gave me the resources to develop this project and deliver it to production. This project took eight months and I had to leverage my communi-cation skills to make sure our team had a clear understand of their requirements and that all areas of the company could contribute to it. After two months this project went live, our CEO made a company meeting and showed that this project helped our client satisfaction to increase from 3.8 to 4.3 (in a scale from zero to five), our sales had increased 200% as we had much more data and the quality increased drastically too, not to mention that now the Data Analysts were spending 90% less time with manual reports. This gave me a recognition of best employee and the responsibility to lead the most strategic projects of the company after that.

As soon as I joined the Portal team I noted that, in average, our team was spending three hours in average from detection to resolve production issues. Then, I decided to took the lead on the Monitoring front and was responsible for implementing AppDynamics in the Portal’s whole infrastructure. As part of this initiative I created custom and concise dashboards with metrics and alerts for our team and this initiative alone was responsible for decreasing the whole issues troubleshooting time from three hours to 20 minutes in average. Not to mention that this also helped to decreased the amount of calls our call center was receiving during these events and revealed many performance gaps that we were able to address so it had a great impact in client satisfaction, platform stability, increased cost efficiency of our team and saved hours of work of many teams involved in troubleshooting production issues.
