Significant accomplishments include: +Successfully implemented directly or through internal resources management all the software engineering work previously was done by external contractors, saving $2MM in the first 3 years +Improved the production plant reliability, resulting in 60% reduction in ULF (Unplanned Loss Failures). +Automated systems and implemented diagnostic tools, resulting in preventive action and reducing the off- line times by 80% in three years. +Reengineered older custom communication gateways via state-of-the art hardware, eliminating the risk. ___Generated an estimated cost savings $15MM ($2MM for lower implementation costs, $13MM for the eliminated production loss impact).

Led numerous successful projects for clients in a variety of sectors: food and beverage, tobacco processing, medical devices, chemical, pharmaceutical, tool machinery, building automation, and energy. Grew staff to 15 staff members in 4 years, and realized a 7 figure turnover. Significant accomplishments include: +SODIUM HYDROSULPHITES: Controlled 3 DCS redundant ABB AC800M stations and supervised 2 server and 5 client C# .NET supervision stations, 80+ forms, and 5000+ C# LOC. ___Increased production combined with better product quality, leading to a 15% increase in revenue ($12MM per year). ___Customer moved to the top of the list of world producers and estimated a 30% increase in market occupation after 3 years. +TOBACCO PRIMARY USA: Supervised 3 server + 12 client ZenOn supervision stations and 1 SQL Server Data Warehouse server, 240+ forms, 4000+ VBA LOC and 1500 C# LOC. Managed an 8-person team using Beckhoff, TwinCAT, ZenOn, Window CE, C#, C++, .NET, Profibus DP, RF, and SQL Server. ___Reduced development/test (est. 40%) and commissioning phases (est. 25%). ___Client decreased production costs and received endorsements from the final customers for visible improvement in commissioning performance and plant reliability. ___Cut costs by 40% in software development and commissioning with an overall result of 20% in global commissioning costs, for approximately $5MM per year ___Machinery supplier client was included in the vendor list of major sector companies.
