I have designed and developed CTpro Mobile Video Suite, the first integrated and truly professional workflow for journalists, media and content creators designed for the iPhone. I have also developed STS Control, a perfect customised home automation solution for home/workplace.

DaimTech is a product development company with a mission to introduce high tech iOS apps in businesses, education and for fun. I am working as lead developer, design engineer and business analyst. We are a focused company with multiple years of experience in developing multimedia solutions including broadcast, surveillance and VOD solutions for iOS platform. We work in native iOS technologies with tremendous experience and expertise in AVFoundation framework.

Have established Moobila Pakistan office from scratch. Working as General manager and Chief technology officer. Activities include but are not limited to: •Taking care of company wide processes and departments that include operations, IT, engineering, graphics and quality assurance. •Development of team structure, management hierarchy, communication structure, devising and planning of company policies. •Bi-annual budget planning that includes revenue targets setting with consultation of CEO, allocating budget for salary appraisals, bonuses, trainings and benefits, capital expenditures, entertainment, repair and maintenance and operational needs, travelling, utilities, sales and marketing etc. •Elaborate weekly reports of the functioning and all the company departments, and submit the reports to the top management for practice performance review. •Interview, hire technical leads and managers, and strategize the hiring process, salary negotiations, training and mentoring technical leads and managers. •Setting bi-annual company targets and ensuring that all departments and practices are working as anticipated by the company's bi-annual plan •Project and Team management, provide continuous feedback to project teams, assign tasks to technical leads, lead status meetings, track all open issues, strategize for long term goals while meeting short term objectives, make sure the development team remains cohesive, motivated and functions with high productivity. •Work with outside vendors, contractors, clients and offshore marketing teams. •Final responsibility in implementing and delivering all owned projects. •Research, define requirements specification, evaluation of competing products and technologies. •Serve as a lead architect, provide direction to the team in all technical matters, lead technical discussions for defining the architecture, define frameworks, and identify technical risks. •Assist technical leads in programming and show leadership by example.
