Hi, my name is Evan Behar! I transcribed my first QBASIC program at 10, and wrote my first C++ programs back in 1995. I'm pretty out of date on C++ these days, writing mostly Go and Python for my last few jobs. In my professional life I've mostly been working on backends, so I'm not a good choice for UI code. :-)
By day I'm an engineering manager, which means I spend a lot of time on technical mentorship in my day job as well. I adjust my explanations to what it is you're looking for--whether you just need help figuring out what to do, or you want the details of why and how.
