I have loved technology and the whole concept of solving problems with technology from the age of 10. This motivated me to pursue BSc. Information Technology at the University of Energy and Natural Resources in the Bono Region of Ghana. Whilst pursuing my degree at the university, I worked as a freelancer software developer to earn a few bucks to support my university education.
After completing university, my exceptional performance during my national service landed me my first job as an IT Support Developer Officer at Adamus Resources Limited (ARL), a gold mining company based in the Western Region of Ghana. At ARL, I develop software to automate business tasks. I have created interactive and automated forms for COVID-19 screening on the mine site, effectively reducing the amount of time and human interaction involved in collecting COVID-19-related data.
I have also built and currently maintain the following software projects for the company: A Management Reporting System (a management system for creating business reports), A Change Management System (for project management), a Nearmiss Management System (for disaster management), a Salary Advance Management System(for managing salary advance applications), a Leave Management System (for managing employee leave), and the Company's Intranet (Powered by WordPress).
The numerous projects I have worked on over the years and presently have helped me acquire 6+ years of hands-on experience in PHP, JavaScript, Node.JS, VueJs, WordPress, Microsoft Power Automate, Powershell, and Microsoft 365 Administration
I am enthusiastic about technology and always ready to explore new ideas. As a fast learner, I quickly get acquainted with new technologies as they arrive. I enjoy working remotely and providing support to clients whenever they face any challenge with the product.
