upcoach - #1 Coaching platform, Build a new and better coaching experience for clients + upcoach is a US-based company and now becoming the #1 coaching platform internationally offering affiliate programs for coaches, 1-1 coaching, masterminds, managing happiness, etc + My responsibility is product development, maintaining and advising the growth of the platform from a technical standpoint. + The project workflow consists of Agile development methodology using sprints and tasks, followed by daily meetings and standup, and code maintenance and development are done through GitFlow methodology and concepts.

+ AlphaOnline is a german based project focused on the automobile field made up of two projects, Alpha Controller which is a platform for evaluating car value on the market through a transparent and automatic process, and AlphaAuction for auctioning new and used cars. + Since it is a project developer for many years, I am responsible for refactoring and upgrading the code base with new PHP versions and standards. + The refactoring phase is made by different steps where the focus is TDD development by creating unit tests for each functionality which is followed by the next step of refactoring and upgrading the code. + The project workflow consists of Agile development methodology using sprints and tasks, followed by daily meetings and standup, and code maintenance and development is done through GitFlow methodology and concepts.

+ Responsible for planning and organizing new projects, also validating and estimating the projects + Architecture planning and developing the application. + Led and organized a small team for an international SaaS platform. + Responsible for maintaining the cloud servers, starting new instances, and implementing high availability. + Responsible for the deployment of the projects on production, on different cloud instances via custom scripts and tools developed for this. + Mostly used technologies are PHP (Laravel) for the backend, Mysql for databases, html/css, boostrap, Javascript / Jquery for the frontend part. + We use VueJS as per client requirements and also Redis Server for caching and queue management.
