Elliot Himmelfarb

Seven years ago, I entered this industry by attending a full-immersion coding bootcamp focusing on full-stack web application development with React/Angular, Express, MongoDB, and Node.

Since then, I've built several full-stack applications, but these days, I specialize in the front end with TypeScript and React with Hooks. I've recently been training and mentoring teammates familiar with other technologies to engineer the front end with a modern stack.

Coming into this space without a computer science background, the help I received from those more experienced and with more depth in computers than I had was invaluable. I feel the drive to pass along the service and support I was so lucky to receive. Teaching and mentoring are things that I enjoy and have been told I am good at and received a lot of gratitude for.

I believe I will enjoy getting together to add another brain to any problems you are running into. I enjoy solving technical issues and discussing career advancement.
